ABOUT 135 BISHOPSGATE

An integral component of the Broadgate development project,  135 Bishopsgate is sited a few seconds’ walk from the bustling city transport hub that is Liverpool Street, whilst also maintaining a prominent frontage along Bishopsgate.  135 is undergoing a complete renovation which when finished,  shall boast 280,000 sq feet of workspace, along with hosting London’s first Eataly food market, making this location a hotspot for retail, leisure and commercial services.

 

Working under Gratte Brothers, SPL were appointed to complete the Shell and Cat A core fit out. The building is set across 14 floors, the majority of which are due to be occupied by office space. SPL’s works throughout these floors included but we’re not limited to:
