Works Description

• Traditional build installation of a new modern ‘End of Trip’ shower, changing room and toilet facility along with main reception area and CAT A office space full refurbishments with elements of our own aesthetic and circuit design inputs.
• New and bespoke specialist made linear and barrisol lighting installed in all areas and controlled via RIDI Ltd online lighting control systems. All lighting switched automatically via presence detectors or through scene setters with the settings specified by the client. Initial emergency lighting test carried out and certified by ourselves with future tests carried out automatically through the RIDI lighting control systems with all issues, if any, sent remotely to the client via email.
• For each area, a new tray containment and distribution equipment installed, tested and certified.
• Existing circuitry which was to remain fully validated with a report issued, tested and brought up to date with the current regulatory safety and install standards. As well as small power requirements, large TP&N mechanical power was also supplied for newly installed vacuum pumps and boiler systems.

UNIQUE PROJECT ISSUES:

• Reception lighting façade
• New contemporary outside lighting façade with wave and breathing like motion feature as well as night time and day time scenes.
• CAT A office space lighting and power
• Ceiling mechanical and electrical raft design was the first of its kind to be installed within London.
