Working alongside NGBaileys, we have assisted them in installing all additional infrastructure supplies, extra to the small power and lighting, on all three basement levels, ground floors, mezzanine levels and building roofs across the entire footprint of the SBP project. This has mainly consisted of installing various secondary containment and wiring systems, feeding a range of equipment and machinery from; BMS panels, security controls, trace heating modules, to sump pumps, chiller plant actuators, complex water filtration systems and passenger/good lift sub-mains etc.
As well as assisting NGBaileys with their contract works such as; pile cap and mains earth crimping, Jet fan panel supplies and air conditioning unit supplies. Using our own tester who worked closely with NGBs commissioning manager to certify the works upon install. The phased handovers for the buildings were all run on a tight schedule and although we faced a tall order each deadline was met with the works maintaining a high standard of installation.
